Daily trial transcripts need to be ordered (preferably one week) in advance of the first day of trial to allow time for scheduling of additional reporters and support staff.
Requirements:

Deposit no later than first day of trial. (Amount estimated by reporter.)

Witness list and technical spellings (word list) to lead reporter by Friday before first day of trial (via e-mail preferred).

Point person available evenings by e-mail and/or phone contact number for reporter questions.
